4. Data Accuracy and Warranties

While we strive for the highest data accuracy (90%+), we provide data on an “as-is” basis. We warrant that our data undergoes multi-step verification, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy due to the dynamic nature of business contacts. We offer replacement credits for verified bounces exceeding our stated accuracy guarantee.

5. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided via custom quotation based on your specific requirements. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and PayPal for international transactions.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital data products, all sales are final once data has been delivered. However, we offer replacement data credits if the delivered data does not meet our stated accuracy guarantees. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of AstaOutreach and is protected by intellectual property laws. Data products are licensed for your internal business use only and may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed.

8. Limitation of Liability

AstaOutreach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or data products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific data product in question.
